It's Raining Eggs!!

That's right-- we went to an "egg drop" this year instead of an "egg hunt".  A helicopter showed up and dropped thousands of eggs from the sky for the kids to gather..pretty cool, huh?!  The boys LOVED it! It was really neat and they both scored a bunch of eggs and candy.  It was separated by age groups so the boys got to "hunt" at different times.  Connor was so proud and said, "Mom, I can go by myself and you just watch." Ha!

So he wasn't so sure about the hunt to begin with

…but quickly started catching on that there was candy inside the eggs!

 Our neighbors are the ones who told us about this event.  The little guys loved watching the eggs fall and they had a prime viewing spot. ;)
