Lymphoma Walk

An amazing group of people from St. Mary's High School put together team Dragon Fire to participate in the Race to Cure Lymphoma. Most of our family was able to also participate and we had a lot of fun. I believe that Dad was truly touched that so many people showed up to race in his name. While there is not a cure for lymphoma as of yet, we truly believe that Dad will beat this disease. Dad goes for another PET scan and his third round of chemotherapy on Friday. Please pray that the lymphoma is shrinking and the treatment is working. The theme of the race was Superheros. How fitting for Dad-- he is a hero in more ways than one.

My sister Marissa and I made these capes for the grand kids. Of course, Connor is more interested in the free cereal than posing.

Anna and Cole did a much better job showing them off!
