Soccer

We signed Connor up for his first sport...of course it is soccer-- have you met his dad?!  He "plays" every Saturday. It's more like a clinic where they play and goof off learn the basics of the sport.  We weren't sure how he would do, but so far he has done great. He knows exactly where to go, how to pick up his name tag or "sticker", and goes out on the field.  For the most part he listens and does what he is supposed to, but then there is also the occasional times when he loses interest and starts doing his own thing.  It cracks us up because the kids just follow each other-- if one has to go to the bathroom, then they all go to the bathroom. Connor is doing really well and becoming Mr. Independent.  I am so proud of him! Mike is hoping this is the beginning of a long soccer career.  I am hoping this helps to teach him socializing and listening skills and that he has fun and burns off some of his ample energy.  Who is more realistic?
He has so mad skills! ;-)

Sitting and listening so well....and then off with the boys!
