Vacation/Staycation

Mike and I both took this week off of work to have a little family time. Our friends John and Marissa were also on vacation and invited us to a little trip to the Lake of the Ozarks with them and their baby Avery. We had a wonderful time at the Lake and Connor really enjoyed his first vacation. Both Connor and Avery were SO good the entire trip. We went shopping, swimming, the boys played golf, and we all just hung out and relaxed together. Thank you so much Kargacins for inviting us to tag along!
When we returned Wednesday we began our staycation here at home. We wanted to do a lot more, but the weather was so incredibly hot that we couldn't get out as much as we would have liked. We did get to hang out at our subdivision pool and took Connor for his first trip to the playground-- he LOVES the swings!! It was really nice to have the week off together-- do we have to go back to work on Monday?? :-(
